I’m putting on my bullish hat here and what I’m seeing in the TICK that is promising for the bulls is multiple accumulation levels being reached along with declining lows over the past month. This could account for the recent move in the markets and that may be all we get, but given the continued positive action on the indexes and individual stocks, I’m thinking we may rally further than I thought possible.
