China MediaExpress Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CCME) provides television advertising network on inter-city express buses in China. It offers advertisements on its network of television displays installed on express buses originating in five municipalities of Beijing.
Fundamentally the company does over $2.00 in earnings-per-share and trades at a PE of only 7. Technically the pattern is tight and looks like if it breaks above $16.50-$16.75, we can see $19 pretty easily.
I’m long and wil look to add through that level. My stop would be $15.80ish.
