In July there is potential for news of further restrictions from China regarding rare earth exports.
Watch for the dates July 11-13 regarding news of further restrictions. This will be a set back for the US regarding new advanced technology and particularly the military.
December 12thhas the potential for more drastic restrictions. Rumors and possible negotiations regarding exports could be apparent after November 21st. This could be very positive for rare earth ventures.
