o Shares of fragrance maker Perlux Fragrances Inc. (NASDAQ:PARL) rocketed up 71.18% to $5.94 after Perfumania Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:PERF) said it would acquire Perlux in a deal worth $170 million
o Pediatric nutrition company Mead Johnson Nutrition Co.’s (NYSE:MJN) shares rose 5.80% after it said that a new round of tests failed to detect any bacteria in its infant formula
