• FIG Partners upgraded bank holding company CVB Financial Corp (NASDAQ:CVBF) to “Outperform” from “Market perform” rating

• JP Morgan (NYSE:JPM) increased the target price of Molycorp Inc (NYSE:MCP) to $74 from $66

• Late on Monday, Coleman Cable (NASDAQ:CCIX) said it would buy Technology Research Corp. (NASDAQ:TRCI) for $7.20 per share. Technology Research Corp is a maker of power-management and safety products

• Apollo Group (NASDAQ:APOL) said new student enrollment may decline over several quarters, partly due to tougher admission standards

• Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) upgraded Walgreens (NYSE:WAG) to “Outperform” from “Neutral” rating with a target price of $46
