• Piper Jaffray (NYSE:PJC) upgraded Red Hat (NYSE:RHT) from “neutral” to “overweight,” with a $50 price target
• Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) initiated coverage of VeriFone (NYSE:PAY) at “neutral,” and a price target of $31
• Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) began coverage of Textron (NYSE:TXT) at “buy,” and a price target of $28
