• Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) showed advance orders for its iPhone 4 topped 200,000 units in China

• Endo Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ENDP) announced plans to buy privately-held generics firm Qualitest for $1.2 billion

• KeyBanc upgraded Las Vegas Sands (NYSE:LVS) from “underperform” to “hold”

• Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) downgraded Target (NYSE:TGT) from “outperform” to “neutral,” taking the price target from $64 to $58

• Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) initiated coverage of Dominion Resources (NYSE:D) with a “neutral” rating and a price target of $43

• Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) began coverage of Sunoco (NYSE:SON) with an “outperform” rating and a price target range of $38-$40
