As this month COOPER HOLDING CORP (PINK:SHAR) has issued a number of positive announcements its share price has been climbing up on high volumes. Today, a paid stock promotion will also help SHAR go even higher.
Yesterday SHAR closed the market at $0.0348 with another increase from the previous close of 5.45%. Trading volume was also higher as 1.29 million shares changes hands. Thus, the stock value has almost tripled since the beginning of the month and today SHAR may add even more. Yesterday evening a stock promoter has sent promotional emails for the stock of COOPER HOLDING and has received a compensation of $35,000 from a third party.
Technically, SHAR could jump further up today, yet the fundamentals of the company are not that reliable as the company is not filing with the SEC. According to the latest available financial report, the company has developed several new, patented and innovative hunting products which are currently distributed by five major distributors in the USA.
On Wednesday this week, SHAR announced in a press release to have developed more such unique products and to be expecting to meet its Chinese manufacturing partners the same day. Previously, SHAR announced a new national adverting campaign for its brand.
Yet, the company has only about $630,000 in total assets according to its latest available annual report and almost the same amount of liabilities. Reported revenues are also not enough to cover the expenses and for 2010 they decreased to $73,403 from $97,648 in 2009, which is almost a 25% decline. Thus, even with more news and promotions it looks that SHAR may not be able to start a stable uptrend at this point.
