Good evening everyone.  Quick update to readers in regards to Cord Blood America (CBAI).  We received more details today in an interview with Matt Schissler, CEO, which can be found here.  The main points I took from the interview are a projected increase in revenues for CBAI of about 20-30% and that they will have more acquisitions in the future, but when is uncertain.  Also of note was Schissler stating, “We believe this is one of the most significant stem cell storage companies in Europe and it already has begun to establish sales channels in Italy and Spain.”

I like the details said so far and how this shapes up to assist CBAI over the year and beyond.  What we don’t know is if stellacure is profitable at the moment  or still ramping up which is pertinent information. We will know more likely by the time financials are released in a few weeks.

We had a disappointing low volume day today even though most of it was in the green.  The good news to take from this is the PPS went down with low volume so selling pressure wasn’t strong, buying was just weak.  What I’ve been hearing from others is that we are awaiting financials to ensure a good year.  While I expect revenues to be low at the moment, debt was wiped so an overall cleaner balance sheet and solid growth expectations should be expected.  With that being said, I expect financials to be positive when compared to previous years.  Ultimately, we will need organic growth from CBAI but to spur quick growth with acquisitions for now is not a problem.  I expect a ramp up in contracts acquired as time goes on and stem cells become more popular and their value more understood.

In regards to the chart, I’d like to see us not even test support levels at $.009 but we might until more financial information is disseminated from Schissler.   If we do, I’m a buyer between $.0082 and $.009 but hope we don’t test $.0082 support levels anytime soon.  If we break below that support, I’d be concerned.  I don’t see that happening though as I expect higher volume buying to resume if we touch those levels.  Again, selling wasn’t strong today, buying at higher levels was just weak.

I’ll be writing up an article on a seasonal oil play I plan on adding to the portfolio so look for that shortly.  I’m very bullish on it with growth expectations of 800%!  If you’ve been following all of us in the live chat during the day, you already know of it though.  Have a good night and see you in the morning.  Good luck out there.

Mike
