The Santa Ana, California-based company said it had profit of 14 cents per share.
The aerospace industry supplier posted revenue of $154.8 million in the period.
Ducommun shares have increased 12 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $31.75, a rise of 9 percent in the last 12 months.
