After market close yesterday, Crowne Ventures, Inc. (PINK:CRWV) issued the expected questionable PR. The content of it does not sound credible at all, but in addition a stock promotion possibly worth over $1.5 million will influence CRWV trading today. 6CRWV.png

Yesterday’s session was a quiet one, at least when compared to the session on Monday. CRWV closed with a 4% increase in the share price at $0.065, while the trading volume amounted 23.04 Million shares. As one of the stock promoters points out, the stock has recently reached a level of over $0.5, which makes it all possible today given the combination of news and promotions.

The possible gain could not last, however, since the only thing for sure about Crowne Ventures is the promotions that will hit the market today. According to the disclaimers of two of the promotional e-mails from yesterday evening, one of the promoters got a $1 Million compensation, another one received $525,000 also in cash for two weeks of advertising service.

Both disclaimers also point out that the promotions are paid by a third party that is most probably holding shares of CRWV. The amount held must be huge for such enormous compensation, and if sold on the market it could have extreme negative effect on the share price as soon as the promotions expire.2Crowne_Ventures.jpg

Crowne Ventures is not filing with the SEC. Yesterday afternoon, the company announced that World Investments of Mexico (WIM) has signed a Letter of Intent with Crowne Ventures to further explore its Gallo de Oro Property in the Tecuala Region in Nayarit, Mexico. According to the PR, WIM has already spend a lot of money on the exploration of the property and has discovered significant gold, silver and rare earth elements deposits.

The latest available financial report does not mention that CRWV has any mining properties. It says only that the company acquired a subsidiary named Rising Star in 2009 and that this subsidiary was searching for gold and rare earth elements in the State of Nayarit, Mexico. In this regard, CRWV invested at that time in “certain mobile crushing equipment” in order to conduct these activities.
