DYNV-logo.jpgSo, can this promotional wave bring what the last one should have done for Dynamic Ventures Corp.(OTC:DYNV)? The alert is sent, so it is up to traders now to decide. For starters, they might check the SEC filings, which include much interesting information. DYNV-08.04.11.png
Low trading activity, then a sudden hype on the stock market – this was the situation in March. The reason – lots of promotions came out on the 29th. They did little to reverse the negative trend, however, since only a record trading volume was reached. This Friday, promoters get a second chance to push the stock up. Yesterday, the session closed at $0.2 per share, which is a roughly 17% increase for the day.
The interesting part about this latest promotion is that it will again use the plot from the last promo wave to persuade traders this is the one stock to invest in. The plot is simple – great news from March 28th, when an announcement came that Dynamic has signed a Letter of Understanding for a multi-year, multi-city residential and commercial projects. The question that comes to mind is – if this had no success last time, why would it push the stock up this Friday? [BANNER]
In terms, despite the numbers of revenues mentioned, it is clear that a Letter of Understanding is not the same as a Contract, let alone revenues in the balance sheet. Actually, the general contractor should be a Dynamic subsidiary, which the company acquired in 2009. Prior to this acquisition, Dynamic was in the toothbrush business. Now, it also offers the construction of houses for the native American communities through subsidiaries.
Since the net loss is still a fact in the balance sheet, the above eventual partnership is very important for Dynamic. All in all, even if promotions could double the stock price in a day, they can never prompt a line of sustainable growth on the stock market. In this aspect, it is the next quarterly statements that could serve as catalysts to reverse the negative trend. Otherwise, the stock would just continue its way to the sub penny levels with little trading activity and occasional promotional bursts.
