Forexpros – European stocks were up after the closing bell on Friday.
At the close of European trade, Germany’s DAX rose 1.19%, London’s FTSE 100 gained 0.72%, France’s CAC 40 climbed 1.23% and the EURO STOXX 50 was up 1.01%.
Meanwhile, on Wall Street, equity markets were down after the open. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.14%; the S&P 500 index shed 0.18%, while the Nasdaq 100 index declined 0.72%.
