Forexpros – European stocks were up after the closing bell on Friday.
At the close of European trade, Germany’s DAX rose 3.55%, London’s FTSE 100 gained 1.93%, France’s CAC 40 climbed 2.83% and the EURO STOXX 50 was up 2.89%.
Meanwhile, on Wall Street, equity markets were up after the open. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 1.55%; the S&P 500 index gained 1.18%, while the Nasdaq 100 index climbed 0.63%.
