Forexpros – European stocks were up after the closing bell on Monday.
At the close of European trade, Germany’s DAX rose 4.60%, London’s FTSE 100 gained 2.87%, France’s CAC 40 climbed 5.46% and the EURO STOXX 50 was up 5.23%.
Meanwhile, on Wall Street, equity markets were up after the open. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 2.45%; the S&P 500 index gained 2.74%, while the Nasdaq 100 index climbed 3.12%.
