Yesterday’s cup and handle pattern did not produce the up move. Currently, the cross is nearing the .786 bounce point and we also have support at 1.3148. Initial bounce targets are the 1.3217 area. Look for a pullback there. Lower target is the S5 at 1.3061 IF it can get there.
