‘Fear the Boom and Bust’: Rap Battle Pits Hayek vs. Keynes

Here is the epic rap battle the Streets have been buzzing about between John Maynard Keynes and F.A. Hayek. Nobel Prize winning economists, CEOs, fund managers, central bankers and politicians gathered at The Economist Magazine’s Buttonwood Gathering October 25, 2010, and got a special treat, a sequel to the lyrical, ideological war of words between Keynes and Hayek.

Following a special presentation from Nassim Taleb, the lights dimmed and the two dead economists stepped on stage to preview the next EconStories music video, which will be released in a few months. Below is the first rap battle from earlier this year, followed by the more recent preview of the second video as seen at the Buttonwood Gathering.
