In assessing my trading strengths, I have some smarts and am not afraid of hard work. In terms of my weaknesses, I have trouble with emotional discipline, mental concentration, and integrating multiple sources of info on the fly to make decisions.

I believe my trading will improve in relation to how fit I’m am, which negatively impact my weaknesses. I have a whole plan but thought I would post my progress here. While I don’t mind giving my real money results for trading, here I’ll use some stats other than weight to show how I’m doing. Here’s where I’m starting off at:

33.25% body fat
32.1 BMI

If this doesn’t help my trading, well maybe I’ll add a couple years to my life even if I am broke. Besides endorphins rock!

The run this morning was part of the Final Four festivities. If Michigan State wins, this town will go crazy.
