Forex Pros – The U.S. Dollar was lower against the Canadian Dollar on Friday after the release of Canadian data on Employment Change.

USD/CAD was trading at 0.9534, down 0.50% at time of writing.

The pair was likely to find support at 0.9527, today’s low, and resistance at 0.9693, Tuesday’s high.

Earlier in the day, official data showed that Canadian employment change fell unexpectedly to a seasonally adjusted -1.50K last month from 15.10K in the preceding month.

Analysts had expected Canadian employment change to rise 29.60K last month.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Dollar was down against the Euro and the British Pound, with EUR/USD gaining 0.71% to hit 1.4410 and GBP/USD rising 0.25% to hit 1.6363.
