Forexpros – The U.S. Dollar was higher against the Swiss Franc on Friday after the release of U.S. data on Nonfarm Payrolls.

USD/CHF was trading at 0.8857, up 0.90% at time of writing.

The pair was likely to find support at 0.8611, Monday’s low, and resistance at 0.8960, Tuesday’s high.

Earlier in the day, official data showed that U.S. non-farm payrolls rose less-than-expected to a seasonally adjusted 80K last month, from 158K in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from 103K.

Analysts had expected U.S. non-farm payrolls to rise 95K last month.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Dollar was up against the Euro and the Japanese Yen, with EUR/USD shedding 0.25% to hit 1.3789 and USD/JPY rising 0.16% to hit 78.18.
