During the last two days a bunch of new promotional e-mails for FrogAds, Inc. (OTC:FROG) arrived in our database, yet both sessions closed with a large decrease in the share price. Although there are promotions for today as well, FROG could fall further. 9FROG.png

The last session closed at $0.275, which represents a 19.12% decline from Friday. Trading volume was much higher as well with over 455,700 traded shares yesterday. There are two more support levels to be seen on the chart, but the negative effect of the stock promotions has been much stronger for FROG and it could fall even more today.

As already reported, the company has nothing significant to show on the fundamental side and thus its stock is trading on continuous promotions and optimistic press releases. Our database shows a total compensation of $67,500 paid by a third party for 23 promo e-mails sent this month.FrogAds.jpg

Together with the adverting of the stock come also the positive announcements. The last one from yesterday claimed FROG had achieved a true innovation by combining an online auction with an online advertising platform. Another one from earlier this month said that FrogAds.com had reached over 1.5 million advertisements by the end of 2011.

The rankings of FROG website, however, do not suggest that it is about to become a leading destination on the Internet, as claimed by the company’s PRs. Promotions should also not be able to secure brilliant performance on the stock market.
