HDS International Corp. (PINK:HDSI) formed an uptrend last week, though suddenly the climb was broken. Yesterday, the stock 2HDSI_chart.pnglost 25% of its price, while its traded volume exceeded 6 million shares for the day.

However, what is curious about the situation here is that HDSI is falling down despite the ongoing promotions.

The expensive campaign started on April 1 and it’s still on, worth $583,000 until now. The stock alerts that already totaled 19 are shouting out on a HDSI “Bounce-Play” for today accompanied by a large gain ahead.

Judging by the huge compensation for the campaign, it looks like presently HDS is investing mostly in promotions, instead of business operations.[BANNER]

At present, there are no updates on HDS, apart form a notification of late filing for its 2011 annual report, which the company filed last Friday.

Apparently, the financials of HDS will currently remain in mystery, while the company keeps relying on massive promotions.
