Despite many reports stating that there are no problems with the 2010 Indian Monsoon, while total country numbers may indicate a healthy pattern, the distribution of seasonal precipitation reveals a different story.  This is particularly notable in the country’s northern states, where sugarcane growers are already faced with dryness and subsequent crop stress.
