Net Foreign Purchases for November increased to $85.1 billion, following an October decrease of $27.6 billion from $81.0 billion in September. Net foreign purchases of long-term U.S. securities were $93.9 billion, $81.9 billion of which were from private foreign investors and net purchases by foreign official institutions were $12.0 billion. U.S. residents purchased a net $8.8 billion of long-term foreign securities.
