Pending Home Sales increased 2.0% to 93.7, against expectations of a 2.9% increase. The Pending Home Sales Index had increased 3.1% in November to an index value of 91.9, following a 10.1% increase in October. The index was 4.2% lower than December 2009, when it was at 97.8.
