Existing Home Sales decreased to a 5.66 million annual pace, down 2.2%, against than the expected increase to 6.12 million, for May from the revised 5.79 million pace in April. Sales are up by 19.2% from the 4.75 million-unit level in May 2009. The national median existing-home price for all housing types was $179,600, which is 2.7% above May 2009.
