The SPDR Regional Banking ETF (NYSE:KRE) is declining lower this morning by 0.47 cents to $22.01. Last week the KRE staged a sharp rally ahead of the Labor Day holiday. Today this ETF is giving some of those gains back. The KRE will have short term intra-day support around the $21.70 level.
