937LMCO-logo.pngIf you are a shareholder of Li-ion Motors Corp(OTC:LMCO) you must have heard of Wazalmin Capital Corp. This is the name, the third party behind most promotions that continue to pump Li-ion up-to-date. If you are not familiar with it, this is still fine, since there are many people who also continue to believe that it is solely the great performance of the company that drives the stock up. LMCO-18.03.11.png
Truth be told, Li-ion is performing very well, but mostly on the stock market. The share price gravitates around $1 with occasional short jumps and slumps shortly after. This week is no exception to the established pattern as yesterday was more intense than usual, since promotions, press releases and financial statements came out.
Now, as usual, while the first two are positive and full of future results to come, the financial state of Li-ion`s business is still not that inspiring. The 10-Q statement with an end date Jan. 31st reveals the following:
  • total current assets of $132k; cash of $1126;
  • total current liabilities of $1.4 million;
  • accumulated deficit of $62 million;
  • sales of $2400; net loss of $989k;
Not that inspiring. It is interesting to mention that the money spent by the above mentioned third party Wazalmin Capital is close to the current net loss and liabilities of Li-ion. On the other hand, they did their job so the company stock could finally take off. [BANNER]
The real value of Li-ion is yet to be discovered, however. So far, there has been much interest which was artificially generated by expensive promotions. The question is – what happens when there are no more hundreds of thousands to pay for the next newsletter?
Maybe this would be the year of Li-ion. If the company finally improves its financial statement with sales, then there would be no need for Wazalmin or any other third party for that matter, which to support the company on the stock market. Li-ion has a product, speaks proudly of it, and operates in an industry which is yet to experience booming development.
The above, however, is a hard task to achieve. There is competition, there are bad rumours about past products of the company over the Internet, there are many challenges to be overcome. Until then, uncertainty would go side by side with Li-ion.
