I received some interesting and complimentary comments over the weekend, and I believe the gist of those is that folks are still reading the column. In particular, I received two from long-time readers that I would like to acknowledge with a reprint of their comments. One of those readers sent me two comments, so I will reprint both today, and tomorrow I will give you the other …

Here’s something new, for a change. Rather than ask you a question, here’s an answer to your question. You asked – “By the way, is anybody still out there reading this column?”  My answer to that would be – “Religiously!” Keep going, Trader Ed. I’ve picked up many a “words of wisdom” from you, and a few of those have helped me in many ways. Thank you!

First, thank you for letting me know in such a positive and supportive way that you are still reading, and thank you for the second comment, which made me laugh …

LOL – I found it funny how your article “We Are Off to the Races Now,” suggests a buy/look into the largest computer processor manufacturer Intel, while at the same time, it also suggests that you need to look into your own computer system. Maybe the IT hardware space really is going to get booming, starting with retail sales; after all, the “Trader Ed PC problem” indicator seems to suggest so! Hope you fix your computer soon, Ed.

You see, this is what I have always wanted is a relationship with you, the reader. We all can learn so much from one another, if we exchange ideas in this column. In this case, I learned I need to think carefully of how I present both my personal issues and the investment/trading issues. LOL is right. I did that as soon as I read the above comment.

Thank so much for the comments …

By the way, I fixed my computer and it is working beautifully … Think technology …
