Existing Home Sales decreased to a 4.88 million annual pace, down 9.6%, against the expected decrease to 5.11 million, for February from the revised 5.40 million pace in January. Sales are down by 2.8% from the 5.02 million-unit level in February 2010. The national median existing-home price for all housing types was $156,100, which is 5.2% below February 2010.
