Stocks stopped the bleeding Tuesday, with all major indices finishing in positive territory on a light volume day of trading. We could see volume continue to wane over the next week and a half surrounding the July 4th holiday. The only thing that could throw a wrench in that thesis is the EU Summit on Thursday and Friday.
