Forexpros – Core retail sales in New Zealand fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Sunday.
In a report, Statistics New Zealand said that N.Z. core retail sales fell to a seasonally adjusted -2.5%, from 2.3% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from 2.9%.
Analysts had expected N.Z. core retail sales to rise 0.3% last month.
