Natural gas prices extended the decline on Wednesday for a third consecutive day on expectations of improving weather conditions in the South, which led to expectations of lower demand for power-plant fuel.

Natural gas prices will probably extend their fall tomorrow due to the milder weather conditions in the South, however, traders will focus on the EIA report for natural gas stockpiles, where the EIA is expected to show that natural gas inventories increased by 37 billion cubic feet, compared with the prior rise of 47 billion cubic feet.
