Natural gas prices fell on Thursday after the EIA report showed natural gas inventories rose by 37 billion cubic feet last week, above median estimates of 32 billion cubic feet, and compared with the prior increase of 78 billion cubic feet.
Natural gas prices could drop over the coming period, as weather forecasts suggest that temperatures will rise next week in eastern and southern of theUnited States, which could reduce demand for natural gas as a heating fuel, and that should put natural gas prices under pressure.
