Natural Gas Fundamental Analysis February 7, 2012, Forecast
Analysis and Recommendations:
Natural Gas is trading up at 2.513 gaining throughtout the day
News of a possible cold front moving in to the Northeast pushed up NG slightly today along with the increasing dollar. There have been no other fundamental indicators to account for the current price movement. NG opened the day trading at 2.502. Gas is trading at a relatively low cost, investors might be looking at NG picking up some value, but not soon, as winter days slowly pass. There is a good possibility of one major cold front moving in before the end of winter statistically, which will drive the prices upward.
