Forexpros – Natural gas futures were higher during European trade on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for April delivery traded at USD2.773 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 0.45%.
It earlier traded at a session high USD2.773 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD2.691 and resistance at USD2.834.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.02% to trade at USD78.67.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for April delivery fell 0.51% to trade at USD108.38 a barrel while Heating oil for March delivery fell 0.25% to trade at USD3.2867 per gallon.
