Forexpros – Natural gas futures were lower during European trade on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for April delivery traded at USD2.462 per million British thermal units at time of writing falling 0.02%.
It earlier traded at a session low USD2.461 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD2.445 and resistance at USD2.741.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.46% to trade at USD79.20.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for April delivery fell 0.72% to trade at USD108.06 a barrel while Heating oil for April delivery fell 1.21% to trade at USD3.2356 per gallon.
