Electricity prices in the Nordic countries are currently trading at historic highs, partly due to low reservoir levels across the region.  Manufacturing activities in a number of commercial sectors which rely on hydroelectricity have in some cases been forced to cease operations until costs drop back down to an acceptable range.  See this Bloomberg article for more.
