Nyxio Technologies Corp (PINK:NYXOD) f/k/a LED Power Group, Inc., got some volume the last several sessions.
On Friday NYXOD lost 3.85% of its price. After 486 shares had been traded, the price at the close of the market was $0.50 per share.
LED Power Group filed an 8-K on Jun. 1 in connection with the reverse acquisition by and between the company and Nyxio Technologies.
On Jun. 14 LED Power Group effected a 1-for-1.65 reverse stock split and changed the company’s name to Nyxio Technologies Corporation.
Throughout last week, NEXOD shares were traded and until Friday the price was slowly going up.[BANNER]
NEXOD’s website claims the company is a technology provider, with its flagship product being the VioSphere.
The VioSphere is basically a flat screen TV with an integrated full PC.The site suggests NEXOD is offering other products as well.
The company has been in business since 2007. Unfortunately there is practically no financial information available. Today’s session is starting lower at around $0.49. It may be a good idea for NEXOD to provide some sort of financials soon.
