Analysis and Recommendation:

The NZD/USD climbed to 0.7766 adding 0.0061 on weakness of the USD. China this weekend released a slew of eco data, most reporting under forecast, with the only strong numbers seen in trade balance.

The USD lost its momentum if only temporarily as Spain finally requested and the EU gave a tentative nod to the approval of a bailout package.

Global Fx movement has been based on risk aversion, and safe haven themes with currencies responding to the strength and weakness of gold, the USD and the JPY. New flow will control the markets today, but we should see some major corrections throughout the day.

FxEmpire provides in-depth analysis for each currency and commodity we review. Fundamental analysis is provided in three components. We provide a detailed monthly analysis and forecast at the beginning of each month. Then we provide more up to the data analysis and information in our weekly reports.
