Following the recent optimistic forecasts by private sector economists, the U.K.’s Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) is expected to raise their economic growth forecast for the United Kingdom. The report will be published tomorrow by the OBR, but an unnamed source for the U.K.’s Treasury department said that officials there are relieved that the improved outlook won’t give the bond markets any cause for the jitters.
