On a related subject, this is one of the few penny stocks that get their product, and their CEO announced and interviewed on CNN live. Certainly another good point for the company. Nevertheless, there are other factors which should also be taken into account. According to some studies and industry experts, using algae to replace oil might be not very cost-effective.
In this aspect, the due diligence is a must. Not because this company might be running a scam scheme, but simply to assess how great its real potential could be. After all, it is not the only player in this segment, nor is it the first company to offer an alternative to our oil needs.
