Very few pink sheets have been as prolific this month as Evader Inc (PINK:EVDR). Having published three official updates for the last four days alone, it is no wonder why EVDR stock becomes a subject of a heavy promotion every now and then.
Yesterday, EVDR delivered the second strong market performance in a row. This time, it gained 22% in value, closing the session at a four-week high of $0.0039 per share. At times, however, EVDR skyrocketed to $0.0069, which made EVDR stock even more volatile than it used to be.
Given that the company has been churning out update after update for the last couple of days, the current uptrend has hardly taken investors by surprise. What could catch them off-guard are the promotional campaigns in support of EVDR stock that have been popping up recently. The latest investor awareness program has been reported to cost $105 thousand. It came hard on the heels of an official PR about a successful completion of ‘a prestigious Dam project’ in Punjab, India, currently evaluated at $25 million.
As it is, EVDR has this burning ambition to expand its business activities as its Indian subsidiary ASCC Construction has already defined its next target. It is a $110-million road construction project that has been put out to tender by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). Needless to say, ASCC Construction claims to have submitted a competitive offer.
Evader Inc. is a limited information provider with regard to its financial discipline. Businesswise, it operates through its main subsidiary, the above mentioned ASCC Construction. The latter itself holds interests in three additional companies, which gives ASCC the opportunity to operate not only on in the field of roads and highways, but also in the real estate segment. In addition, the company also pretends to offer both financing and leasing services.
Considering EVDR’s shell status, the publication of an annual 2010 report makes little sense. Yet, the company filed one last month. As expected, it contained no assets and liabilities whatsoever and, therefore, no revenues and income/losses.
