Yesterday, a tout mail about FBC Holding Inc. (PINK:FBCD) was sent out. It was not the first one, but it did stand out with a particularly inappropriate comparison.
The promoter finds some similarity between FBCD and Steve Jobs. “Steve Jobs Understood culture, trends and what people like … and that’s just what FBCD is doing!” – a rather bold statement.[BANNER]
The fact of the matter is that very few people know what FBCD is doing. The latest filing by FBCD is a notification of late filing of a 10-K report on Nov. 1. Supposedly, FBCD is taking its time with the 10-K, so it can finally get its name change and symbol approved.
The previous filing is an 8-K form which revealed that as of July 6, 2011 FBCD still hadn’t paid the full payment for the assets of Super Rad Corporation. For those who haven’t been keeping an eye on the company – FBCD entered into an agreement back on August 11, 2010.
FBCD has been issuing announcements like “Super Rad Toys Makes Friends With Paul Frank’s Julius”, FBCD also claims to have licenses from Marvel, Kewpie, and B-Bot, however, there is no 8-K to confirm any of those.
Comparing FBCD to Steve Jobs serves no other purpose, but creating hype around the company, and it’s based on nothing except the associative workings of the promoter’s brain.
None of this means FBCD can’t become a significant company, but at this point it’s hardly anything more than a no-revenue company.
