I think we may have a good opportunity to get short some stocks today but I don’t want to jump blindly in front of this morning’s bull stampede. This rally could sucker in some traders who were sitting on the sidelines. Fortunately for me my gold shorts are working out today so I don’t exactly feel like I”m missing something here. Often times traders who are in cash let their emotions dictate the trade and become lemming like when they see a big up day like today.
Yes we may close big today, but I would say the odds are against it. Put/call at extreme bullishness right now. Not a time to be plowing on the longs.
