It was last Friday when the 10-Q came out. What followed was a decrease in the share price. Modest trading activity, as well. The result – a share price of $0.42 per share, which remains unchanged for several days now. As mentioned, there a promotion at hand, as well. To be precise, there is a promoter and one promotion at the moment, but the number could increase over time.
In the meantime, as it seems, figures in the balance sheet did not exactly inspire optimism among investors. The 10-Q in question covers the quarter with an end-date Jun 30th and includes the following data:
- $50k in cash; [BANNER]
- $76.9 in total current assets;
- $2.3 million in total current liabilities;
- $9.2 million in accumulated deficit;
- $74k in revenue;
- $915k in net loss;
As mentioned, not exactly inspiring. Especially the net loss of almost a million. On the other hand, there is the increase in revenues compared to the same period last year. Indeed, if this pattern of increase remains for the next two quarters, APPH might regain the confidence of investors; thus leading to an increase in its share price.
