David Rosenberg, chief economist at Gluskin Sheff & Associates, tells CNBC another decline in housing prices is being underestimated.
The Case-Shiller Indices are announced before the opening bell this morning and should be of considerable interest. Meanwhile, house prices in England and Wales fell for a sixth consecutive month in December, according to Hometrack.
