  1. Housing prices across South Korea rose for a fifth consecutive month in January from the previous month, pushing annual growth to a five-month high, data from the country’s top lender showed on Tuesday.

  1. NOL announced that its container shipping volumes increased 24% year-on-year while average revenue per FEU increased 22%.
  2. Olam plans to acquire Britannia Food Ingredients Holdings Ltd and Britannia Storage and Distribution Ltd for approximately $50 million.
  3. Yanlord and Reco Yizhong acquired a prime residential development site in Jinnan District, China for RMB 1.16 billion.
