  1. CapitaMalls Asia announced a maiden year net profit of $388 million in FY09 and a 4Q09 net profit of $170 million. The company proposed a first and final dividend of $0.01 per share.
  2. Straits Asia has signed a five-year contract to supply coal from its Jembayan mine in East Kalimantan, Indonesia to the Adani Group.
