  1. Cosco announced that its subsidiary has secured contracts valued over US$70 million to build two bulk carriers. The carriers are scheduled for deliveries in Nov 2011 and Jan 2012 respectively. 
  2. Noble entered an agreement with Gloucester Coal Ltd.to sell shares in Middlemount for a consideration of A$437.5 million.
  3. Capitalandannounced 2Q 10 net profit of S$655.5 million, compared to a net loss of 267.1 million in the same quarter last year.
